Refund policy

QUALITY PROMISE

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of RuffGrip products. If for any reason one of our products does not meet your expectations, we’ll work to make it right.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can also exchange it within 30 days of your purchase date. Exchanged items must not have been used or damaged in any way and must include original packaging. To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@RuffGrip.com.

Our products are designed to last and last. If you suspect a defect, please email us at info@RuffGrip.com. We warrant our products against manufacturing and material defects. Our warranty does not include damage caused by chewing, misuse of the product, cleaning, or damage incurred from abuse or normal wear and tear.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES SHIPPING
Please re-package your item(s) carefully so there is no damage incurred during the return shipping process. We recommend using USPS Priority Mail, or other options that include insurance and tracking. You will be responsible for the cost of postage/courier for returned goods unless the original item was defective or shipped in error.

Once we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect your item(s) and then initiate a refund (or credit for exchanges). We will process your return within one business day of receipt, and will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Final credit to your account will depend on the policies of the bank or institution of your original payment method. In general this may take 3-5 business days.
